A lovely off-dry spritzy style on the palate with plentiful grapefruit, tonic water lime notes, fine al dente textures, a hint of fizz and fresh cutting acidity. Drink early to capture the wonderful transparency of fruit. Now–soon Pewsey Vale Vineyard Riesling 2021 G 95 Pale colour with precise grapefruit, lemon curd aromas with tonic water complexity. Lovely pure fruited wine with fresh lime, grapefruit, lemon, tonic water flavours well supported by fine al dente/ lacy textures, and linear crisp acidity. Classic. Now–2028 Gibson Burkes Hill Riesling 2021 G 94 Pale colour. Fragrant camomile, lemon curd, lime aromas with tonic water notes. Lovely fruity/bittersweet palate with ample lemon curd, grapefruit, lime fruits, fine lacy textures and fresh indelible, slaty acidity. Finishes chalky with tonic water/ bitter lemon note. Very good definition, density and attack. Let it unfold. Now–2032 Maverick Trial Hill Riesling 2021 G 94 Pale colour. Intensely aromatic wine with lifted lemon curd, tonic water, gewürz-like aromas and camomile, violet notes. Slinky palate with deepset lemon curd, lime tonic water flavours, plentiful spicy notes, fine chalky textures and fresh indelible/sinuous acidity. Finishes fruity and bone dry. Very natural and authentic in style. Now–2028+ Gatt Wines High Eden Riesling 2016 G 94 A very attractive bottle-aged riesling with a pale colour before diving into developed apple, pear, lemon curd, oil skin aromas. Lovely pure fruited style on the palate with lemon curd, apple and pear flavours, a fine slinky chalky texture and fresh pure acidity that bodes well for enjoyment over the next five years. Now–2027
