Pale colour with bright and focused lemon, lime aromas with attractive pear drop complexity. The palate shows impressive concentration with sweet lemon, lime and pear flavours, fine loose-knit chalky tannins with fresh mineral and crystal clear acidity to finish. Now–2028 Gibson Riesling 2018 G 93 Pale colour. Intense lime, lemon curd aromas with waxy, oilskin notes. Classical Eden Valley style with lime, lemon fruits and waxy, honey complexity, fine powdery/chalky textures and crispy fresh acidity. Very tactile wine with remarkable phenolic structure. Now–2030 Henschke Peggy’s Hill Riesling 2021 G 93 Pale colour. Intense pure lime, mandarin, tonic water aromas with grapefruit notes. Well concentrated, generous and supple with plentiful lime, bitter lemon, tonic water flavours, fine loose-knit al dente textures and fresh crisp acidity. Lovely bittersweet fruity finish. A classical Eden Valley style with attractive fruit complexity and mineral length. Now–2030
