Pale colour. Classic lime, lemon curd aromas with grapefruit, tonic water, toasty notes. Beautifully concentrated palate with pure lime, grapefruit flavours, attractive toasty bottle age notes, superb mid-palate suppleness and linear fresh acidity. Finishes minerally with some al dente textures. Still fresh and lively with superb fruit definition and torque. A reference Eden Valley Riesling with remarkably low alcohol. Now–2035 Henschke Julius Riesling 2021 G 96 Pale colour. Beautiful camomile, lime, lemon curd, grapefruit aromas with musky/ tonic water notes. Linear fresh wine with pure lemon, lime, grapefruit flavours, lovely mid-palate volume/ fruit sweetness, light chalky textures and integrated crisp minerally acidity. Mouthwatering finish. A high tensile dry Eden Valley Riesling with the concentration, natural balance and clarity for long term ageing. A classic Henschke vintage. Now–2040 Penfolds Bin 51 Riesling 2021 G 96 Pale green gold. Beautifully perfumed wine with bitter lemon, grapefruit camomile aromas with hint marzipan/ lemon grass notes. Razor-sharp palate with plentiful pure lemon curd, lime, tonic water flavours, fine chalky textures and fresh persistent indelible acidity. Finishes crisp and minerally with al dente notes. Lovely fruit volume and drive despite its elegant structure. Should age for the medium to long term. Expressive, textured and beautiful. Now–2032 Gibson Riesling 2011 G 95 Fragrant lemon, grapefruit, waxy oil skin aromas with verbena notes. Crisp and linear with pure lemon, grapefruit, verbena flavours, fine al dente textures and crystal clear acidity. Mouthwatering wine with very good complexity and mineral length. Now–2030
