Medium-deep crimson. Intense musky plum, blackberry, roasted walnut aromas and flavours with herb garden notes. Ample dark fruits on the palate with roasted walnut, mocha, espresso and plentiful al dente bittersweet tannins. Finishes chewy firm and long. Now–2028 Calabria Three Bridges Grenache 2019 G 93 Medium crimson. Lifted raspberry, redcurrant aromas with roasted walnut notes. Well concentrated raspberry, redcurrant, plum fruits, fine lacy textures, attractive suppleness, underlying savoury notes and integrated fresh acidity. Medium-powered wine with lovely fruit definition and maturation complexity. Now–2027 Henschke George 5th Grenache 2021 G 93 Medium crimson. Lifted pure strawberry, raspberry aromas with minerally notes. Supple and fruity with ample redcurrant, strawberry, raspberry fruits, fine lacy textures and integrated fresh acidity. Finishes crunchy with some aniseed notes. Delicious and expressive early- Medium-deep crimson. Intense dark cherry, dark plum aromas with graphite, petrichor notes. Well concentrated dark cherry, plum fruits, chewy textures, attractive mid-palate viscosity, persistent crunchy acidity. Sturdy and slurpy with very good density and backbone. Now–2028 Thistledown She’s Electric Old Vines Grenache 2021 G 93 Medium-deep colour. Vibrant raspberry, musky plum aromas with chinotto notes. Supple and smooth with beautifully concentrated juicy raspberry, plum fruits, some cola notes, fine lacy textures and fresh linear acidity. Finishes crunchy and long. Delicious early-drinking style. Now–2026 Calabria Family Wines Three Bridges Grenache 2019 G 93 Medium crimson. A rich and ripe style showing fresh liquorice, chinotto, raspberry, plum and dark chocolate aromas. Lovely dark plum, raspberry pastille, chocolaty tannins and chinotto fruits follow supported by roasted chestnut spicy oak notes. before finishing chocolaty and long. Not classic but a very well-made wine with lovely oak complexity. Now–2030 drinking style. Now–soon Thistledown Fool on the Hill Grenache 2021 G 93
