Medium crimson and very approachable with lifted red cherry, chinotto, plus hints of herb garden aromas. Buoyant and slinky textured on the palate with pure red cherry and raspberry fruits, attractive mid- palate viscosity and fine supple tannins underpinned by crisp acidity. Now–2026 Head Wines Ancestor Vine Grenache 2020 G 93 Medium-deep crimson in colour and then opens with intense dark cherry, blackberry, musky plum with crème brûlée, sesame notes. Lovely dark cherry, blackberry, musky plum flavours on a vigorous palate with fine graphite/sinewy tannins, inky complexity and underlying savoury notes. Finishes crunchy firm with plentiful sweet fruits and very good density – best to keep for a few years. 2024–2034 Kalleske Wines Parallax Grenache 2021 G 93 A juicy grenache here bursting with a Beaujolais-like youthful freshness and drinkability. Vibrant cherry and raspberry fruits on show with a delicious lining of Chinese five-spice. The palate follows suit which is lightweight, supple and slinky with touches of Red Frog flavours before finishing with a savoury twist. A smart wine well made that will please most, and could handle a light chill. 2022–2024 Langmeil Winery The Fifth Wave Grenache 2019 G 93 Medium crimson in colour before opening up with redcurrant, raspberry, roasted chestnut, dark chocolate and cacao aromas. Beautiful supple with pure raspberry, redcurrant, roasted chestnut and dark chocolate flavours follow with fine chocolaty/grainy textures and mocha notes. Lovely fruit

Medium-deep crimson. Lovely sweet fruit impact with fragrant sweet red plum, strawberry, cassis aromas and mocha notes. Then, smooth- textured with plentiful ripe strawberry, red plum fruits, underlying savoury notes, fine loose-knit tannins and fresh linear acidity. A delicious fruit-driven wine with very good acid line. Now–2026
