Medium-deep crimson. Pure blackberry pastille, raspberry, strawberry, violet aromas with liquorice notes. Plentiful dark and red berry fruits, fine slinky/ velveteen tannins, some dark chocolate/ chinotto notes and fresh mineral acidity. A very youthful buoyant and expressive wine with ripe juicy fruit flavours and vigorous tannins. Will probably cellar for the medium to long term, but best as an early drinking wine. Now–2028 Gibson Australian Old Vine Collection Shiraz 2012 G 93 Medium-deep crimson. Fragrant and evolved dark plum, graphite, tobacco smoke, herb garden aromas. Inky deep wine with plentiful dark plum, black cherry, leafy flavours, fine loose-knit al dente tannins and savoury notes. Finishes crispy fresh and chalky. Elegant in style with lovely mineral length. Now–2026 Greenock Creek Block 4 Shiraz 2020 G 93 Deep crimson. Fresh dark plum, dark chocolate malty aromas with herb garden, liquorice notes. Abundant dark berry dark praline Amaro flavours, plentiful fine velveteen tannins and underlying bourbon-like notes. Malty oak finish with liquorice notes. Cultish but widely appealing style. Now–2026 Greenock Creek Shiraz 2019 G 93 Deep crimson. Attractive dark plum, blackberry fruits with espresso/ dukkha notes. Fresh supple palate with ample dark berry, apricotty, liquorice flavours, fine loose-knit chalky tannins and integrated fresh acidity. Some underlying savoury notes. Now–2026 Maverick Shiraz 2020 G 93 Deep inky crimson. Fresh lifted dark plum, black olive, liquorice aromas. Generous palate with ample dark cherry, dark ply, blackberry fruits, roasted walnut, liquorice flavours and fine loose-knit chalky/ al dente textures. Finishes brambly firm and minerally. Now–2026
