Medium-deep crimson, this opens with a beautiful array of fruits from blackcurrant, redcurrant and mocha through to dried leaves and sage notes. Smooth and fruit-sweet on the palate, it shows ample dark berry fruits, fine grainy tannins, attractive mid-palate buoyancy and fresh integrated acidity before finishing firm and minerally with sweet liquorice notes. Now–2028 Gatt Wines High Eden Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 G 93 Deep crimson with attractive, developed aromas of blackcurrant, tobacco leaf, roasted walnut and herbs. Developed sweet fruit, cassis, tobacco leaf, roasted walnut and vanilla flavours follow, supported by fine loose-knit grainy tannins. Still finishing firm with roasted nut/ spicy/ cinnamon notes, this is an attractive mature cabernet. Now–2028 Max & Me The House Blend Cabernet Shiraz 2018 G 93 Medium-deep crimson and opens with fresh dark berry, chocolaty aromas with a gentle dusting of dried herb, sage and mint. Concentrated blackcurrant and black cherry pastille flavours with lovely mid-palate richness and fine lacy textures before finishing al dente firm with chinotto notes and mineral length. Now–2028 Grant Burge Nebu Cabernet Shiraz 2018 G 93 Deep crimson. Blackcurrant, dark chocolate, mocha, herb garden aromas with flinty, mineral notes. Generous, inky deep and sinuous with plentiful dark berry fruits, pronounced fine-grained/ brambly/ leafy textures and integrated mocha notes. Finishes cedary firm with bittersweet chinotto/ blackcurrant notes. Vigorous wine with plenty of richness and torque.

Deep crimson in colour with bright and fresh black cherry, blackcurrant aromas with a hint of black olive and dried herb notes. Well concentrated on the palate with sweet black cherry, blackberry, blackcurrant flavours, fine slinky/ leafy textures, with fresh crisp acidity and supple tannins to finish. Now–2026
