Medium-deep in colour and very impressive with intense blackcurrant, mocha aromas with cedar oak. Richly flavoured, it shows ample black fruits, mocha/ roasted chestnut/ vanilla complexity and fine vigorous tannins before finishing firm with lovely, expressive inky chinotto complexity. Now–2035 Grant Burge Nebu Cabernet Shiraz 2016 G 96 Deep crimson. Intense developed blackcurrant, dark chocolate, tobacco leaf aromas. Richly flavoured, fresh and evolved with developed dark chocolate, blackberry, espresso flavours, lovely inky density, plentiful fine chalky/graphite tannins and underlying mocha, vanilla oak. A velvety plume at the finish. A very well balanced and beautifully integrated wine. Drinking very well now, but has the substance and presence to last the distance. Now–2035+ Deep crimson. Fresh blackberry, blackcurrant, roasted chestnut, mocha aromas with herb garden notes. Well concentrated with attractive dark berry fruits, fine chocolaty/ gravelly textures and underlying roasted chestnut, espresso, chinotto notes. Finishes chalky/ grippy firm with a lovely inky plume. Ample, sturdy and vigorous with lovely richness and balance. Should develop further but delicious to drink now. 5% Langhorne Creek Malbec. Matured in French oak hogsheads for 15 Peter Lehmann Mentor Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 G 95

Deep crimson in colour and dense in style with graphite, earthy, blackcurrant fruits with lifted herb/ sage complexity. Supple and concentrated on the palate, there is plentiful blackberry, graphite and earthy stone fruit flavours with sinuous tannins and mocha oak in supoport before a firm and minerally finish with seductive sweet fruits. All the elements are nicely folded into each other, providing good ageing potential. Now–2032

Medium-deep crimson and then launches into intense pure blackberry, blackcurrant, violet, sage and aniseed aromas. Lovely pure fruited cabernet with plentiful cassis, blackcurrant pastille flavours, beautiful fine grainy tannins and underlying herb/ savoury notes. Finishes grainy firm to provide good ageing potential. Now–2028
