Finishes al dente firm with superb mineral length. Elegantly styled, perfectly balanced and beautifully pure fruited with animated textures and linear freshness. A reference Australian Cabernet. Complex blackcurrant, blackberry, praline, roasted chestnut mocha, marzipan notes. Richly flavoured, round and smooth with beautiful pure blackcurrant, blackberry mocha espresso flavours, fine loose-knit grainy tannins and underlying roasted chestnut, toffee notes. Finishes chocolaty and long with a long life ahead. Now–2035 Medium-deep crimson. Lovely fresh cassis, dark chocolate, roasted chestnut, cedar aromas. Deeply set blackcurrant, dark chocolate flavours, some olive tapenade notes, fine al dente gravelly tannins and mocha, roasted chestnut flavours. Finishes grippy firm with a long inky plume. Generously concentrated with abundant dark berry fruits and gravelly firm tannins, there is lovely mid-palate density and spicy roasted almond/ mocha/ praline flavours before a chocolaty finish supported by a fine gravelly plume.
