HEYTESBURY Chardonnay 2022 Pale colour. Intense tropical fruit, guava, yellow peach, aromas with marzipan, grilled nut flinty notes. Fresh and voluminous nectarine, yellow peach fruits, superb fine al dente textures, lovely mid palate viscosity, underlying marzipan grilled nut notes and persistent crystalline acidity. Impressively concentrated and balanced that should develop well over a short to medium term. Beautiful to drink now–2030 13% alc Moss Wood G 97 Moss Wood Chardonnay 2022 Medium pale colour. Beautiful grapefruit, melon aromas with marzipan vanilla notes. Generous and creamy with ripe yellow fruits, melon, white apricot flavours, fine supple textures, superb marzipan vanilla oak notes and fresh long indelible acidity. Lovely viscosity and mineral length; the oak in perfect symmetry to the fruit. A lovely vintage. Drink now–2028. 14% alc Deep Woods Estate G 97 Reserve Chardonnay 2022 Pale colour. Fresh grapefruit, yellow peach, lime aromas with flinty, gun smoke notes. Generous and creamy with abundant ripe yellow fruits, fine chalky textures, some marzipan notes and fresh persistent crunch acidity. Finishes crisp with superb mineral length. Drink now–2030 13% alc Voyager Estate G 97 Voyager Estate MJW Chardonnay 2021 Pale colour. Lifted lime, grapefruit, nectarine aromas with grilled nut, hint flinty notes. Beautifully concentrated and sinuous in flow with ample grapefruit, nectarine fruits, fine lacy/al dente textures, lovely mid palate creaminess and fresh long crisp/crunchy acidity. All in lovely balance. Drink now–2030 13% alc Domaine Naturaliste G 96 Artus Chardonnay 2022 This 2022 Chardonnay made 100% from the Gingin clone is a powerful and modern expression offering nectarine and mango aromas with a strong line of toasty oak, accented by chalky complexity. Long and sleek, it delivers abundant levels of flavour with a charming exotic lift, the creamy texture kept in check by fine acidity. Expressive and already drinking well, but will build in the bottle. Drink 2025–2035
