Pale colour. Fragrant lemon curd, quince, camomile, gewürz-like aromas. Linear, fresh wine with pure lemon, lemongrass and appealing phenolic structure. Fragrant lemon curd, custard apple, tonic water and hint of oil skin, marzipan and frangipani. Razor-sharp palate with pure lemon, green apple, tonic water flavours. Attractive honey and toasty notes on the fore and grapefruit, lemon curd aromas. Lovely fruit purity with lemon curd, grapefruit pith and waxy, honey complexity. Aromatic lime cordial, lemon curd, white florals, mandarin and hint of musk. Good volume and generous palate, lemon pastille, lime cordial flavours and musky undertone. Beautifully fragrant wine kaffir lime, jasmine, lemongrass and hint of slaty aromas. Razor-sharp acidity pure lime, lemon, lemongrass with mid-palate volume, chalky texture and a mouth-watering finish. 2025–2032 Sons of Eden Freya Eden Valley Riesling 2022 G 93 Pale colour. Aromatic lemon curd, mandarin, camomile, tonic water notes and hint of white blossom. Superb core of fruit sweetness, lemon curd, tonic water, mandarin and crystalised ginger notes. Fine loose-knit chalky tannins, crunchy acidity kept long by an attractive, mineral finish. 2026–2034. 12.5% alc
