Pale colour. Intense lemon curd, pure lime, tonic water aromas with camomile notes. Fresh lemon glacé, lime pastille flavours, fine lacy textures and lovely pure quartz-like acidity. Finishes with a phenolic twist. Now–2028. 12.2% alc Max & Me Mirooloo Road Riesling 2022 G 94 Pale green gold. Instantly shows class with lovely pure lemon, kaffir lime, grapefruit jasmine and hint of talc powder. Linear fresh wine with pure lemon, lime, grapefruit, slatey flavours. Fine chalky texture, the wine finishes crisp with lovely fruit volume and drive. 2026–2035. 12.6% alc Orlando Wines Steingarten Eden Valley Riesling 2020 G 94 Pale green gold. Classic lime, lemon curd, musky/tonic water with subtle hint of waxy oil skin. Linear acidity, lemon sherbet, plentiful lime and tonic water flavours. Mouth-watering wine with remarkable phenolic structure and a chalky finish. 2028–2038. 11.5% alc Poonawatta The Eden Riesling 2022 G 94 Pale green gold. Intense lemon curd, musk/tonic water, stone fruit, white florals and hint of verbena. Plentiful lemon curd, lime, tonic water flavours with mineral length and verbena complexity. Attractive mid- palate viscosity with a lovely bittersweet fruit finish. Appealing now, however, reserve profile and remarkable length indicate a long future ahead. 2026–2034. 12% alc Rolf Binder Riesling 2021 G 94 Pale straw. Lifted bath salts, lime cordial, tonic water and green apple. Well balanced with generous lime curd, grapefruit and faint herb notes with good volume and fresh long, crunchy acidity with lacy textures. Approachable now but should develop. 2023–2030. 12.5% alc Barossa Boy Cheeky Tilly Riesling 2022 G 93 Pale colour. Fragrant lemon curd, lime cordial, camomile hint of frangipani and oil skin notes. Well-concentrated, generous lemon and lime fruits with al dente notes and citrus pith texture. A refreshing style with mouth-watering wine, crunchy acidity and appealing length. 2023–2028. 12% alc
