Deep crimson. Powerful aromas of dark plum, dark cherry and coca with a herbal twist. Very well balanced with fresh dark liquorice, black cherry, hint of tar and undergrowth, some roasted walnut notes and fresh, long acidity and chewy tannins. Now–2028. 14.0% alc Henschke Roeslein Barbera 2022 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Sour cherry, dried herbs, fruit pastilles with lifted cranberry notes and fine slinky textures. Generous and slurpy with vibrant dark cherry, plum with fine chalky tannins and marked acidity. An early drinking style. 2023–2028. 14% alc Rolf Binder Montepulciano 2020 G 92 Deep crimson. Dark cherry, plum, liquorice allsorts and dried herb notes. Very attractive tar, dark cherry, earth, old leather and spice flavours, fine loose-knit/ gravelly tannins with a lovely sweet fruit plume and juicy acidity to finish. 2023–2027. 14.0% alc Pindarie Small Block Montepulciano 2021 G 91 Deep crimson. Plum, liquorice allsorts, dark cherry with touch-dried herb notes. Juicy wine with ample tannins, luscious dark cherry, chocolate, meaty spice flavours, fresh acidity and chalky tannins, with savoury earthy notes to finish. Now–soon. 14.0% alc Jacob’s Creek Our Limited Release Barossa Field Blend 2021 G 90 Deep crimson. Dark cherry, mulberry, liquorice aromas. Generous and slurpy with abundant dark and red berry fruits, firm vigorous textures and attractive mid-palate buoyancy. Firm and juicy fresh at the finish. Fruit-driven early drinking style. Now–soon. 13.5% alc Paulmara Estates The Melee Sangiovese Shiraz Malbec 2021 G 90 Deep crimson. Dark plum, black cherry, aromas with developed roasted walnut earthy aromas and flavours, bittersweet chewy tannins, attractive mid-palate richness and savoury oak nuances. Pale colour. An immediate elegance, pure lime, lemon, white grapefruit, honeysuckle and hint kiwi fruit. Zingy acidity at the fore with bright lime juice, lemon, grapefruit pith, tonic water and appealing talc texture. A high tensile wine of elegance, composure and enduring length. 2028– 2040. 12% alc Hutton Vale Farm Off-Dry Riesling 2022 G 95 Pale colour. Lemon glacé, lime bitters aromas with camomile, hint graphite notes. Off-dry style with attractive pure lemon, grapefruit flavours, fine loose-knit chalky textures, a core of glacé fruits and well- integrated minerally acidity. Lovely persistency and freshness. Brilliant. Now–keep for a while. 9% alc Rieslingfreak No. 4 Eden Valley Riesling 2022 G 95 Pale colour. Elegantly perfumed lime, lemon rind, slatey aromas. Mirrored flavours complimented by indelible acidity and an al dente chalky texture. A wine of refined poise and fruit clarity – the natural balance indicator for long-term ageing. 2025–2033 Sons of Eden Cirrus High Eden Single Vineyard Riesling 2021 G 95 Pale colour. Attractive lemon, pure lime, hint of honeysuckle, ginger and verbena. Classical Eden Valley grace, well-concentrated lemon and lime flavours carried along by a line of fresh, long sherbet acidity and an appealing mid-palate viscosity and phenolic twist. 2028–2040. 12.5% alc Vickery Riesling Eden Valley Riesling 2022 G 95 Pale green gold. Beautifully perfumed wine with classic lime, lemon, green apple, slatey aromas with hint of verbena, quince and jasmine. Lovely fruit sweetness, pure lemon, lime, green apple flavours carried by coiled acidity and an appealing creamy texture. Elegant, ethereal with a promising future. 2025–2033. 12% alc
