Medium-deep crimson. Intense black cherry, cassis, graphite with bitter dark chocolate. Crispy and juicy blackcurrant, blackberry, fine al dente, pippy ironstone tannins and underlying savoury hint vanilla/ mocha oak. Chewy at the finish with fresh long acidity. French hogsheads seasoned and touch new oak. Now–2030. 14.9% alc Murray Street Greenock Estate Cabernet Sauvignon G 92 Deep crimson. Attractive blackcurrant, hint panforte, dark chocolate aromas with herb garden notes. Generous and inky deep with blackcurrant, black olive flavours, firm graphite chewy tannins and roasted walnut notes. Finishes firm and tangy. Now–2030. 14.4% alc Tarrawatta Wines Ambervale Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 G 92 Deep crimson. Complex black fruits, graphite, roasted walnut aromas with lifted mint/ menthol notes. Glossy palate with fresh choco-berry mint flavours, crisp tannin, very good mid-palate volume and fresh long indelible acidity. Finishes chewy firm. Now–2030. 14.9% alc Keil Estate Vin 53 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 G 91 Deep crimson. Slightly flinty, black-fruited aromas with mocha notes. Richly flavoured wine with plentiful blackcurrant pastille, mulberry fruits grainy tannins and underlying savoury/ earthy nuances. Finishes firm and minerally with attractive sweet fruit notes. Now–2028. 14.2% alc Paulmara Estates Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 G 90 Deep crimson. High-pitched blackcurrant, elderberry aromas with aniseed touch dark chocolate/ flinty notes. Earthy, black olive, blackcurrant fruits, chewy firm tannins and high tensile acidity. Finishes bittersweet. Now–2028. 14% alc

Seppeltsfield 100-Year-Old Para Vintage Tawny 1923

Deeply colour olive green. Classical dark chocolate, roasted walnut, panforte, toffee, orange rind, polished mahogany aromas. Hugely concentrated dark chocolate, roasted chestnut, praline, prune, marmalade, nutty flavours, fine grainy bittersweet textures, superb density and viscosity, and underlying fresh aniseed notes. Finishes creamy and fresh with an endless taste of roasted walnuts and panforte. Now–2070. 21.3% alc Seppeltsfield Para Tawny Single Vintage 2002 G 96 Tawny Colour. Intense roasted coffee, toffee/ crème brûlée, panforte aromas with orange peel, cloves, rancio notes. Chalky textured, buoyant and sinuous with fresh complex roasted coffee, marzipan, panforte, flavours, superb viscosity and linear aniseed/liquorice notes with a touch of saline. A lovely vintage tawny that flows brilliantly across the palate. Now–2035+. 20% alc John Duval Wines Annexus Mataro 2021 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh black cherry, dark plum, ferruginous/ graphite aromas with lifted notes. Well balanced and inky deep with ample black cherry, dark plum fruits, fine slinky dry textures, some roasted walnut, panforte notes and fresh long acidity. Now–2028. 14.5% alc Levrier Wines by Jo Irvine 2018 Peritas Zinfandel G 93 Mid crimson. Concentrated dark plum, chocolate, liquorice aromas with a twist of vanillin oak. Concentrated with excellent volume of plum flavour, roasted walnut, dark earths with savoury oak aging. Now–2027. 15.0% alc Rolf Binder Heinrich Shiraz Mataro Grenache G 93 Deep crimson. Powerful aromas of dark chocolate, cocoa, new leather, dark plum with strong vanilla oak. Blackberry, blackcurrant, fruit pastille and soy flavours, fine loose-knit tannins and al dente/graphite textures with generous fruit volume, mid-palate richness and length. 2023–2028. 14.5% alc
