Deep crimson. Classic blackcurrant, cedar, vanilla aromas with spice herb garden notes. Inky deep wine with blackcurrant, touch violet notes, persistent cedary tannins, lovely inky density and plentiful mocha, roasted chestnut notes. Finishes chewy firm and tight. Now–2030. 13.8% alc Murray Street Per Se Greenock Cabernet Sauvignon G 94 Deep crimson. Blackcurrant, hint apricot aromas with lovely dark chocolate notes. Richly flavoured wine with blackcurrant, stonefruit flavours, fine grainy firm tannins, roasted walnut notes and fresh long acidity. Chocolaty firm and savoury finish. Now–2034. 14.4% alc Soul Growers Cellar Dweller Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh cassis, cedar, mocha aromas with herb garden, hint leafy notes. Supple and sweet-fruited with ample blackcurrant mulberry, dark chocolate flavours, lovely inky density, persistent fine-grained tannins and well-balanced soft acidity. Finishes firm and minerally with an inky plume. Now–2030 Welland Kreig’s Legacy ‘Old Hands’ Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Chinotto cassis, hint strawberry/ violet aromas with underlying savoury notes. Medium-powered wine with attractive blackcurrant, Parma violet flavours and loose-knit chalky, touch-leafy tannins. Finishes cedary with attractive mineral length. Now–2028. 14.5% alc Welland Valley & Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Lifted blackcurrant, dark plum, hint stonefruit aromas with attractive liquorice allsorts notes. Richly concentrated cassis, dark plum, cola favours, plentiful loose-knit chalky tannins, crunchy acidity and some savoury nuances. Graphite at the finish with aniseed notes. Very good commercial style. Now–2028 Château Tanunda The Château Single Vineyard Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 93 Deep crimson. Attractive cassis roasted walnut aromas with hints of spice/ herb garden. Satsuma plum, cassis, blackberry pastille fruits, chalky textures and underlying roasted walnut, graphite, aniseed notes. Chewy firm at the finish with tangy acidity. Now–2028. 14.9% alc

Deep crimson. Intense blackcurrant, dark plum, mulberry aromas with hint of cedar/ mocha. Well-balanced claret-style with ample blackcurrant, dark plum fruits, persistent brambly/ al dente textures, attractive mocha/ cedar oak complexity and integrated fresh acidity. Builds up firm at the finish with bittersweet/ chinotto notes. Medium-powered wine with very good amplitude and torque. Now–2032. 14.5% alc Gibson Bin 60 Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon/Shiraz 2008 G 94+ Deep crimson. Intense dark chocolate, mushroom, blackberry aromas with earthy tones. Advanced, voluminous and richly concentrated with fresh dark chocolate, blackberry, touch cedar, roasted walnut flavours and well-balanced grainy firm textures. Finishes claret-like with tobacco, cedar notes. Now–2030. 14.9% alc Laughing Jack Wines Gold Seam Cabernet 2019 G 94+ Deep crimson. Intense cassis, stone fruit aromas with mocha, vanilla notes. Supple and inky textured with abundant dark berry fruits, some apricot notes, fine grainy tannins and well-balanced savoury, mocha nuances. Classical claret firm finish with very good mineral length. Now–2030. 14.5% alc Heathvale Wines The Encounter Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Expressive dark chocolate, cassis herb garden aromas with a touch of aniseed. Sweet and savoury wine with abundant dark berry dark chocolate flavours, fine-grained/ al dente tannins and well-integrated acidity. Cedar firm finish with a hint of tobacco leaf. Drinking well. Now–2028. 15% alc Krondorf Kingship Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 94 Deep colour. Violet, blackcurrant, hint black olive aromas with roasted walnut notes. Generous glossy wine with ample blackcurrant, Parma violet flavours, finely grained slightly gritty/ al dente textures and underlying sesame/ roasted walnut notes. Finishes gravelly and minerally. Still in parts. Very impressive concentration and torque. Very good aging potential. 2024–2034. 14.5% alc
