Deep crimson. Spiced blackberry, panforte aroma with minty/bush garrigue notes. Concentrated and juicy-fruited with attractive blackberry mint, roasted walnut flavours and bittersweet/gravelly tannins. Minty- ness extends through a firm finish. Now–2030 Greenock Creek Wines Shiraz 2022 G 90 Deep crimson. Black cherry, olive tapenade, aromas with saline/ matchstick notes. Supple and minerally with sweet black cherry, blackberry, mulberry fruits, chalky firm tannins and underlying saline complexity. Aniseed notes at the finish with pronounced acidity. Now– 2032 Hare’s Chase The Springer Shiraz 2022 G 90 Deep crimson. Classical choco-berry aromas and flavours. Ripe kirsch, blackberry, dark plum fruits, concentrated panforte notes, fine cedary textures, and bright refreshing acidity already showing a touch of development. Now–soon Kies Family Wines Klauber Block Shiraz 2024 G 90 Medium-deep crimson. Intense red cherry, strawberry aromas with creamy vanilla notes. Buoyant and richly concentrated with raspberry, strawberry fruits, ample liquorice notes, al dente/soupy tannins and fresh vibrant acidity. Aniseed liquorice notes persist at the finish. Now– 2034 Yalumba Barossa Shiraz 2024 G 90 Crimson red. Dusty, earth, black-fruited scents with spice. A lovely, approachable, medium weight, easy-going nature that follows. Earth, chocolate, black berry spice, cocoa. Sweet-fruited and ready to enjoy right now. Now–2029
