Juicy and affable, with hints of green herbals spliced with cherry, black berries and spice, this unusual blend of sangiovese, shiraz and malbec works well as an approachable, drink- now proposition. Youthful, bright and sinewy fine across the palate, it brings a light savouriness for added interest. Now–2029 Ms. L Wines Eden Valley Single Vineyard Montepulciano 2025 G 90 Deep purple crimson. Intense inky, blackcurrant, black cherry, boysenberry, cola and hint of brambly aromas. Concentrated dark fruits, cola, fresh minerally acid and loose chalky tannins. A slurpy wine with slight spicy, sarsaparilla finish. Now–2029 White Gate Wine Co. Dotti Alicante Bouschet 2026 G 90 Mid-red salmon. A red wine meets rosé experience with a strong tannic, grippy bent to a wine that brings a serious richness of cherry, raspberry and wild strawberry fruits and earthy spice. Texturally, there is a slight sweetness and rich earthiness behind a layer of summer berries and savoury spice. Finishes on the fuller side which makes it ideal as a food partner. Now–2028
