Brooding inky, graphite, black-fruited nose with chinotto notes. Concentrated with silky tannins, black cherry, raspberry pastille strewn with savoury herbs and slight demi-glace finish. Juicy, buoyant and smooth – an attractive wine. Now–2029 Dewey Station Wines Off the Beaten Track Graciano 2024 G 92 Deep crimson red. Bright and purple-red fruited, intensity in aroma and liveliness of expression in dark cherry, plum, with lovely fruits, sweet berries, aromatic spice and a warm textural sincerity, pale lemon. Super zesty youngster full of energy and life. Aromas of cut apple, fresh Asian pear, citrus and honeysuckle. Real cut and thrust across the palate with tart green apple, lemon zest and grapefruit pithiness that bounces bright on almost a laser-like acidity. Super dry, astringent and resoundingly zesty. Walks a distinctive savoury road filled with earth, leaf, soil, wild herbs, garrigue-like with herbal intrigue. Red fruits, dark berries, dark spice, earth and herbals line the palate with a layer of well-judged oak and cherry pip dry savouriness. Rustic-edged and interesting. Now–2031 Golden Amrita Fortified V.P. Shiraz 2021 G 91 Deep, intense purple. Brings a savoury, marzipan overlay to sweet- scented aromas of spiced raspberry, blackberry jam, liquorice, chocolate, spicy oak and spirit aromas. A sweet, black-fruited concentration follows on the palate with solid tannins in place, finishing jammy sweet with a touch of hot spirit. Now–2031
