Medium-deep crimson. Lifted and fragrant mint liquorice black cherry aromas. Medium-bodied and generous with attractive black cherry, minty, aniseed flavours and persistent slinky tannins. Finishes bittersweet and juicy. Now–2032 Bethany Wines Blue Quarry Across the Creek Shiraz 2024 G 91 Dark crimson. Intense blackberry, chinotto, espresso aromas with herb garden notes. Supple and sweet-fruited with ample black cherry, dark chocolate fruits, fresh crisp/firm tannins and underlying savoury notes. Finishes bittersweet and long. Now–2034 Elderton Command Shiraz 2023 G 91 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh red and black cherry aromas with black olive/rosemary notes. Concentrated and vigorous with ample red and black fruits, firm chalky textures and integrated mocha, touch of cinnamon, vanilla. Finishes chalky and long. A hint reductive. Now– 2035 Glaetzer Wines Bishop Shiraz 2023 G 91 Medium-deep crimson. Attractive blueberry, blackberry pastille liquorice aromas. Richly flavoured blueberry, blackberry, dark plum fruits, supple textures and underlying savoury notes. Finishes chalky and long, with mineral notes. Now–2032 Gomersal Wines Lyndoch Road Shiraz Mataro 2022 G 91 Deep crimson. Dark berry, wax polish aromas with lifted varnishy notes. Glossy and richly flavoured on the palate with ample blackberry, black olive panforte flavours and fresh grainy tannins. Firm bittersweet finish with crisp acidity. Now–2034 Gomersal Wines Shiraz 2023 G 91 Medium-deep crimson. Intense raspberry, dark chocolate aromas with flinty nuances. Juicy-fruited and supple with fresh raspberry redcurrant fruits and fine grainy textures. Crunchy at the finish. Bursting with fruit while showing very good line and mineral length. Now–2035
