Deep crimson. Lifted black pepper, blackberry aromas with espresso notes. Blackberry pastille, peppery, aniseed flavours, persistent chalky tannins and crisp acidity. A touch of marzipan at the finish. Now–2035 St Hallett Faith Shiraz 2025 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Fragrant dark cherry aniseed aromas with herb notes. Concentrated inky dark cherry flavours, chalky/al dente textures, very good mid-palate richness and long fresh acidity. Now–2036 St Hugo Shiraz 2024 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Black cherry, mint aromas with liquorice notes. Richly flavoured and chocolaty with fresh dark berry fruit and persistent velvety tannins. Minty bush garrigue notes at the finish.
