Deep crimson. Developed black cherry, marzipan, dark chocolate aromas with liquorice notes. Gentle black cherry, touch vermouth, Campari flavours, al dente textures, attractive inky density and fresh juicy acidity. Leafy firm finish. Structure dominates. Now–2034 Spinifex Wines Old Vine Shiraz 2023 G 92 Deep crimson. Lifted black pepper, blackberry aromas with espresso notes. Blackberry pastille, peppery, aniseed flavours, persistent chalky tannins and crisp acidity. A touch of marzipan at the finish. Now–2035 St Hallett Faith Shiraz 2025 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Fragrant dark cherry aniseed aromas with herb notes. Concentrated inky dark cherry flavours, chalky/al dente textures, very good mid-palate richness and long fresh acidity. Now–2036 St Hugo Shiraz 2024 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Black cherry, mint aromas with liquorice notes. Richly flavoured and chocolaty with fresh dark berry fruit and persistent velvety tannins. Minty bush garrigue notes at the finish. Now–2032 Thorn-Clarke Wines Single Vineyard Selection Shiraz 2023 G 92 Deep crimson. Blackberry pastille, chinotto, praline aromas and flavours, fine loose-knit chalky tannins, very good mid-palate richness and fresh linear acidity. Medium-powered with freshness and pure fruit

Medium-deep crimson. Chocolaty, blackberry aromas with hints of herb garden. Generous and fruit driven with ample choco-berry fruits and plentiful slinky/chalky textures. Buoyant and crisp through to the finish. Now–2032 Whistler Wines Estate Shiraz 65%, Cabernet Sauvignon 35% 2024 G 92 Medium-deep crimson. Black cherry, touch leafy aromas with cola, herb garden. Inky and sweet with abundant black cherry, cassis, plum fruits, chinotto herb notes and fine grainy textures. Some leafy minty notes at the finish. Now–2034
