Medium-bodied blackberry, blueberry, peppery flavours, lacy/al dente textures and underlying pure linear acidity. Finishes crunchy and tight. A cool expression. Medium-bodied and generous with attractive black cherry, minty, aniseed flavours and persistent slinky tannins. Finishes bittersweet and juicy. Now–2032 Bethany Wines Blue Quarry Across the Creek Shiraz 2024 G 91 Dark crimson. Intense blackberry, chinotto, espresso aromas with herb garden notes. Supple and sweet-fruited with ample black cherry, dark chocolate fruits, fresh crisp/firm tannins and underlying savoury notes. Finishes bittersweet and long. Now–2034
