Now–2028 Auld Family Wines William Patrick Shiraz 2021 G 96 Deep crimson. Attractive dark cherry, roasted walnut, marzipan, praline aromas. Balanced wine with ample dark cherry pastille, choco-berry fruits, ample liquorice notes, chocolaty textures and plentiful marzipan vanilla notes. A classic Barossa Shiraz with volume and energy. Now– 2040 Chateau Tanunda The Everest Shiraz 2023 G 96 Deep crimson. Fresh black cherry, blackberry pastille, amaro, espresso aromas. Chocolaty and smooth with attractive black cherry, blackberry pastille, mocha flavours, plentiful grainy tannins and well-balanced roasted coffee, cedar notes. A muscular claret-like finish and sinuous fruit lengthen the palate. Lovely density and presence, but needs further bottle ageing. 2030–2045 Cimicky Wines Autograph Shiraz 2024 G 96 Intense black cherry wax polish panforte aromas with hints of vanilla and cinnamon spice. Sinuous and smooth with lovely black cherry pastille, dark plum, mulberry fruits, supple tannins and well-integrated cinnamon, hint coconut oak notes. Finishes firm with a touch of shellac. Very attractive wine. Now–2036 Greenock Creek Wines Alices Shiraz 2024 G 96 Deep crimson. Fresh kirsch, dark chocolate aromas and flavours with roasted walnut, Americano notes. Generously concentrated and chocolaty on the palate with some marzipan, smoked almonds notes emerging to the finish. A spicy finish with Turkish Delight notes. A very characterful wine. Now–2042
