Intense dark berry hint oyster shell aromas with dark chocolate notes. Concentrated black cherry pastille, prune flavours, firm touch ferruginous tannins and ample mocha praline notes. Chocolaty/ velvety at the finish. Hint reductive but should disappear over time. Now–2040 Laughing Jack Wines Gold Seam, Moppa Hill Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 93 Deep purple-crimson. Ripe, mouth-watering blackcurrant, black fruit and plums join some highly aromatic and lifted notes of violets, earth, thyme and rosemary with strong menthol-minty notes.
