Well concentrated and supple with lovely fresh raspberry pastille, strawberry fruit flavours, fine chalky textures and fresh crunchy acidity. Very good volume and persistency. Now–2026 Cirillo Estate 1850 Rosato 2021 G 93 Pale salmon-pink colour. Fragrant raspberry, redcurrant, lemon curd aromas. Classical rosé style with fresh pure raspberry, strawberry fruits with fine slinky textures, attractive mid-palate volume and fresh long mineral acidity. Delicious.
