Viribus’ Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Medium-deep crimson. Dark plum, blackberry, dark chocolate/praline aromas with ginger/vanilla notes. Deep-set marzipan, vanilla, dark berry flavours and fine loose-knit chalky/al dente tannins. Finishes cedar firm with mineral notes. Quite oaky in style, but well matched by juicy dark- berry fruits. 98.5% cabernet sauvignon, 1.5% petit verdot. 2024–2032 Rosabrook Wines G 92 Single Vineyard Estate Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Deep crimson. Cedar, blackcurrant, bush-garrigue aromas with graphite notes. Minerally fresh wine with plentiful, cassis, cedar, inky flavours, fine grainy tannins and savoury nuances. Chalky finish with juicy fruit notes. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2028 St Johns Wine G 92 Round Puzzle Cabernet Malbec 2020 Medium-deep crimson. Elderberry, blackcurrant, blackberry, chinotto, hint liquorice aromas and flavours with some savoury/vanilla oak nuances and fine gravelly textures. Finishes firm with dark berry, toasty notes. 85.5% cabernet sauvignon, 14.5% malbec. 2022–2030 Wines of Merritt G 92 Wilyabrup Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Medium-deep crimson. Attractive redcurrant, mulberry aromas with hint black olive, savoury notes. Lovely early drinking style with fresh redcurrant, mulberry, cassis fruits, fine loose-knit chalky textures, some mid-palate viscosity and fresh linear acidity. Finishes chalky/leafy firm with mineral notes. Single Vineyard 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2026 Wines of Merritt G 92 Rouge Cabernet Shiraz 2021 Medium-deep crimson. Mulberry, cassis, ginger aromas with spicy notes. Supple mulberry, cassis, elderberry, ginger flavours, fine gravelly textures and some savoury notes. Finishes claret firm. Very good density and torque. 50% cabernet sauvignon, 50% shiraz. 2025-2032 Woody Nook Wines G 92 Single Vineyard Cabernet Merlot 2018 Medium-deep crimson. Lifted dark berry, dark chocolate, dried herb aromas with star anise/liquorice notes. Ample praline, dark berry fruits and fine chocolaty textures, and very good mid-palate density. Builds up very firm at the finish with a touch of heat. Sweet and savoury wine. 70% cabernet sauvignon 30% merlot. 2022–2028
