Fresh sweet cassis, dark plum fruits, fine lacy textures, very good mid-palate density and some spicy panforte elements. Very good. Cedar, blackcurrant, blackberry, aniseed with herb garden notes. Attractive sweet blackcurrant, blackberry fruits, fine sinewy tannins and some savoury, roasted walnut notes. Sappy firm with some attractive dark fruits at the finish. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2028 Handpicked Wines G 93 Collection Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh dark cherry, elderberry, praline, mocha aromas with saline, oyster shell notes. Minerally and sweet-fruited with ample dark berry flavours, fine dense chalky tannins and mocha/malty oak complexity. Finishes minerally and drying. 2022–2030 La Kooki G 93 Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Medium-deep crimson. Intense blackcurrant, blueberry, bush-garrigue/ sage aromas. Lovely sweet-fruited wine with deep-set cassis, blueberry friuits lacy/chalky tannins, very good mid-palate inkiness and some savoury oak nuances. Very attractive mid-weight wine with pure fruits, elegant structure and linear freshness. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022– 2028 Moss Wood G 93 Ribbon Vale Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Medium-deep crimson. Dark chocolate, redcurrant, blackberry pastille aromas with vanilla notes. Ample dark chocolate, blackberry flavours, fine cedar/grainy textures and abundant sweet vanilla/marzipan notes. Finishes chocolaty firm and long. 91% cabernet sauvignon, 3% cabernet franc, 3% merlot, 3% malbec. 2022–2028 Oates Ends G 93 Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Medium-deep crimson. Aromatic and fresh with lifted cassis, camomile, hint leafy aromas with hint of dark chocolate. Concentrated blackcurrant, black olive flavours, fine brambly textures and some roasted walnut/ vanilla notes. Finishes al dente firm, and minerally with some inky notes. 2022–2034
