Cabernet Sauvignon 2015 Deep crimson. Intense blackcurrant, blackberry, mocha, tobacco leaf, hint liquorice aromas. Lovely complex blackcurrant, blackberry fruits, some wood varnish notes, fine bittersweet textures, lovely roasted chestnut, vanilla notes and fresh minerally acidity. Finishes velvety with some earthy notes. Lovely complexity, density and tannin ripeness. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 13.8% alc 2022–2032 Vasse Felix G 95 Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Medium-deep crimson. Classical cassis, dark chocolate, roasted chestnut aromas. Inky-textured wine with beautiful blackcurrant, mocha, cedar flavours and fine grainy/al dente tannins. Finishes firm and minerally. Medium-powered wine with very good fruit complexity, vigour and structure. 91% cabernet sauvignon, 4.5% malbec, 4% petit verdot, 0.5% cabernet franc. 2022–2030 Voyager Estate G 95 Cabernet Sauvignon 2018 Deep crimson. Attractive blackcurrant, dark plum, herb garden, espresso aromas with hint of star anise. Supple blackcurrant, dark plum, praline flavours, fine dense chalky tannins and vanilla/savoury notes. Finishes leafy firm with ample chocolaty notes. 94% cabernet sauvignon, 6% merlot. 2022–2030 Xanadu Wines G 95 Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Deep crimson. Classic blackcurrant, cedar aromas with dark chocolate, hint leafy notes. Inky deep blackcurrant, praline flavours, fine slinky/al dente tannins, attractive mid-palate density and lovely mocha, espresso complexity. Builds up chocolaty firm at the finish with some tobacco leaf notes. 89% cabernet sauvignon, 8% malbec, 3% petit verdot. 2024–2035 Xanadu Wines G 95 Stevens Road Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Medium-deep crimson. Intense dark cherry, blackcurrant aromas with mocha, dark chocolate notes. Lovely sweet dark cherry, mulberry, blackcurrant fruits, fine loose-knit chalky tannins and integrated roasted chestnut, mocha notes. Finishes chalky with a fine tannin plume. Very stylish. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2025–2032
