Deep crimson. Intense black cherry, dark chocolate aromas with roasted walnut/demi-glace notes. Richly concentrated and voluminous wine with ample dark berry fruits, roasted walnut/ mocha notes and fine chocolaty firm tannins. Long slinky finish. Classical Barossa style with lovely richness, density and vinosity. A touch of petit verdot and viognier. Now–2032. 14.5% alc Pindarie Black Hinge Shiraz 2020 G 94 Deep crimson. Intense blackberry, liquorice aromas with roasted chestnut notes. Well-concentrated blackberry mocha, walnutty flavours, fine chewy tannins and fresh indelible acidity. Finishes sinewy with attractive dark berry fruits. Claret-style wine. 2025–2035. 14.5% alc Poonawatta The Four Corners Shiraz 2019 G 94 Deep crimson. Blackberry pastille aniseed aromas with bitter chocolate notes. Well-concentrated black cherry, blackberry fruits, fine chalky/ al dente textures and underlying savoury notes. Finishes bittersweet with a hint of liquorice. Now–2032. 14.5% alc Poonawatta The Cuttings Shiraz 2019 G 94 Deep crimson. Expressive blackberry espresso dark chocolate aromas and flavours with dense chocolaty textures, lovely mid-palate volume and fresh mineral acidity. Finishes chocolaty/ touch grippy with aniseed notes. Now–2030 Poonawatta Trios Shiraz 2020 G 94 Deep crimson. Blackberry, graphite, hunt mocha aromas with herb garden notes. Silky textured and inky deep with persistent dark berry fruits, a touch of graphite, loose-knit al dente tannins and underlying roasted walnut notes. Some mineral notes at the finish. Now–2034 Rosenvale Vineyards Rosenzweig JR (James Rosenzweig) Shiraz 2019 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Dark fruited wine with blackberry, dark chocolate, hunt carob aromas and flavours, fine chocolaty tannins, attractive mid-palate richness/ density and underlying mocha, espresso notes. Finishes chocolaty smooth with aniseed notes. Now–2028. 15% alc

Medium-deep crimson. Fresh dark plum, dark cherry, hint flinty graphite aromas with mocha notes. Well-balanced wine with plentiful juicy dark berry fruits, fine slinky textures and some roasted walnut notes. Finishes chalky firm. The fresh indelible acidity lengthens the palate. Now–2034. 14.5% alc Heathvale Wines The Reward Shiraz 2019 G 94 Deep crimson. Intense praline, blackberry, mulberry aromas with sage, hint bush garrigue notes. Round and supple with ample dark chocolate dark berry fruits, velvety smooth tannins and underlying savoury notes. Very good volume, richness and freshness. Some aniseed notes at the finish. Now–2032. 15% alc Henschke The Wheelwright Shiraz 2018 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Pretty red currant, red cherry, blackberry pastille aromas, with mocha, hint rose petal notes. Supple wine with ample red currant, blackberry fruits, fine grippy tannins and underlying mocha, roasted walnut oak notes. Finishes firm with pronounced acidity. Elemental wine with plenty of potential. 2025–2038. 14.5% alc Henschke Henry’s Seven 2022 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Attractive dark cherry, blackberry, chocolate, apricot with clove/white pepper spices. Expressive and enticing raspberry, dark cherry, aged meat and roasted spice flavours, beautifully balanced fine loose-knit al dente tannins. Chocolaty firm to finish with liquorice aniseed notes. Now–2030. 14.5% alc Jacob’s Creek Barossa Survivor Vines Shiraz 2018 G 94 Medium-deep crimson. Intense mulberry, dark cherry, vanilla marzipan aromas. Well-balanced wine with attractive sweet mulberry dark cherry, blackberry fruits, fine chalky tannins, marzipan/ vanilla oak and fresh long mineral/ juicy acidity. Flows very well. Now–2030. 14.5% alc Kalleske Eduard Shiraz 2020 G 94 Opaque crimson. Powerful chocolate, blackberry, new leather and roasted meat aromas. Dense flavours of plum, aniseed, meat stocks and chocolate with roasted walnut oak. Chocolaty texture and mouthcoating tannins with long mineral length. Now–2032. 14.5% alc
