Medium-deep crimson. Attractive blackberry pastille, aniseed ginger, roasted chestnut aromas. Well-concentrated blackberry pastille, mulberry, chinotto fruits, fine chalky tannins, and underlying mocha, vanilla oak. Elemental with attractive purity of fruit and minerally finish. High-fidelity wine. 2025–2040. 14.5% alc Henschke Keyneton Euphonium 2019 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Very attractive with powerful fresh dark plum, blackcurrant, chocolate, dark cherry with roasted chestnut savoury notes. Blackberry pastille, musky plum, coffee grounds oak and firm tannins. Finishes minerally, long and well-balanced. Still quite elemental but with beautiful fruit definition. Now–2032. 14.5% alc Hutton Vale Farm Shiraz 2018 G 95 Deep crimson. Beautiful blackberry, black cherry, mocha, wax polish aromas with stone fruit notes. Richly flavoured and buoyant style with beautiful blackberry, mocha, dark chocolate flavours, fine chalky, touch velvety textures and very well-balanced mocha, roasted chestnut notes. Finishes firm and minerally. Now–2030. 14.7% alc
Deep crimson. Refined blackberry, sesame, vanilla aromas with herb garden notes. Well-balanced wine with ample dark berry fruits, long chocolaty tannins, attractive mid-palate density and vanilla, marzipan, hints sesame notes. Finishes slinky firm with attractive mineral length. Now–2036. 14.5% alc Gibson Bin 70 Barossa Shiraz 2018 G 95 Deep crimson. Dark chocolate, marzipan, blackberry aromas with wax polish notes. Concentrated blackberry dark chocolate, marzipan, roasted chestnut flavours, supple velvety tannins, attractive mid-palate richness and persistent lacy acidity. Finishes chocolaty with some liquorice notes. Now–2036. 14.9% alc Golden Amrita Lumenval Shiraz 2020 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Intense dark chocolate, blackberry, dark cherry, black liquorice aromas with hints of cedar wood. Generous and sweet- fruited with ample black fruits, lovely dark chocolate/ mocha notes, fine grainy tannins, superb mid-palate buoyancy, fresh integrated acidity and well-balanced oak. Finishes velvety and long. Now–2034. 14.5% alc HEAD Wines The Blonde Shiraz 2021 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Intense and complex dark cherry, dark chocolate, roasted chestnut aromas with hint apricot notes. Generously concentrated with dark cherry, plum, hint apricot flavours, fine loose-knit chocolaty tannins and well-integrated dark chocolate roasted chestnut notes. Velvety and minerally long finish with a touch of chinotto/ aniseed. A very attractive Barossa Shiraz showing lovely definition, freshness and complexity. Now–2034. 14.2% alc HEAD Wines Wilton Hill Shiraz 2021 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Intense dark berry dark chocolate aromas with graphite herb garden notes. Attractive inky blackberry pastille mulberry hint praline flavours, fine loose-knit gravelly tannins, very good mid- palate density and fresh roasted walnut notes. Firms up at the finish. Lovely transparency and mineral length. Now–2036. 14% alc

Deep crimson. Dark cherry, elderberry, roasted chestnut aromas. Richly concentrated black cherry, elderberry fruits, fine graphite, sinewy tannins and roasted chestnut/ walnut notes. Finishes minerally and long. Still quite elemental but well-balanced with beautiful fruit definition. Now– 2032. 14.5% alc

Deep crimson. Intense black cherry dark plum vanilla aromas with marzipan notes. Richly concentrated wine with deep set black cherry, blackberry fruits, vanilla wax polish notes, fine gravelly al dente tannins. Acidity a touch pronounced but should settle down with time. 2026–

Deep crimson. Dark cherry, dark plum, blackcurrant, cola aromas with roasted chestnut, vanilla notes. Well-concentrated dark plum, dark cherry, chinotto flavours, a hint of cloves, fine loose-knit granular tannins and well-balanced new oak notes. Finishes firm and long. Very good richness and torque.
