Medium-deep crimson. Boysenberry, red cherry aromas with chinotto/ vanilla notes. Buoyant and fruity with ample black and red fruits, chocolaty smooth textures and plentiful chinotto/Americano notes. Firm touch grippy finish. Now–2032 Cimicky Wines South Barossa Shiraz 2024 G 93 Medium-deep crimson. Lifted blackberry jam, praline, roasted walnut aromas. Fresh blackberry, raspberry pastille fruits, loose-knit chalky tannins and underlying roasted walnut notes. Finishes chalky and minerally. Very good volume and richness despite its medium-bodied style. Now–2034 Cirillo Single Vineyard Shiraz 2025 G 93 Medium-deep crimson. Blueberry, blackberry aromas with hints of charcuterie/smoked meats. Medium-bodied and silky in texture with plentiful blueberry blackberry pastille fruits and slinky long tannins. Finishes chalky and minerally. A medium-bodied and fruit-dominant wine with attractive density and flow. Now–2034 Corryton Burge Barossa Shiraz 2024 G 93 Medium-deep crimson. Attractive pure blackberry chinotto aromas with herb garden notes. Generous and buoyant with ample choco-berry fruits and smooth velvety tannins. Ready to drink. Now–2030 Corryton Burge Percival Norman Shiraz 2022 G 93 Deep crimson. Espresso dark berry aromas with chinotto/cola notes. Supple and balanced with black cherry roasted coffee chinotto flavours, slinky textures and attractive inky complexity. Finishes chalky and minerally. Now–2034 Eden Hall Grand Reserve Shiraz 2021 G 93 Medium-deep crimson. Red cherry, graphite black olive aromas. Smooth and fruit sweet with ample red cherry, red plum, redcurrant fruits, flinty textures, attractive mid-palate volume and underlying savoury notes. Finishes chocolaty and long. Some saline/leafy notes at the finish. Now–2038
