Deep crimson. Alluring mulberry, blackberry aromas with mocha, grilled almond notes. Concentrated, smooth and velvety with lovely ripe choco- berry fruits, very good mid-palate richness/viscosity, some creme brûlée notes and supple minerally/graphite textures. Now–2036 Schubert Estate Goose-Yard Block Shiraz 2022 G 95 Deep crimson. Intense lifted dark chocolate, hazelnut, blackberry, dried plum aromas with herb garden notes. Richly flavoured choco-berry fruits, some marzipan notes and fresh graphite/touch gravelly tannins. Finishes chocolaty firm with liquorice notes. Voluminous with attractive fruit complexity and vigour. Now–2035 Schubert Estate Gosling Shiraz 2022 G 95 Deep crimson. Fresh dark chocolate, blackberry, touch stone fruit aromas. Generously concentrated blackberry, stone fruit, praline flavours, lovely mid-palate volume and slinky firm/chalky tannins. Sinuous velveteen finish. Lovely expressive wine with very good density, mineral complexity and flow. Now–2035 Setiono Flaxman Valley Shiraz 2021 G 95 Deep crimson. Fresh blueberry, raspberry aromas with vermouth, hint leafy nuances. Gentle and round on the palate with developed raspberry, vermouth, Americano-like flavours, fine loose-knit textures and fresh juicy acidity. Builds up cedary and long. Modern and cultish, but appealing in its character and presence. Now–2034 Sons of Eden Zephyrus Shiraz 2023 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh and intense pure blackberry, liquorice aromas and flavours. Concentrated blackberry pastille, dark chocolate, velveteen textures and underlying liquorice notes. Largely fruit-driven, with very good tannin drive and mineral length. Now–2038 Spinifex Wines La Maline Shiraz 2022 G 95 Deep crimson. Intense dark chocolate, dark berry aromas with roasted chestnut notes. Dense and satin in texture with plentiful choco-berry fruits, some panforte notes and underlying mocha/roasted chestnut notes. Finishes chocolaty and long with bittersweet notes. Very attractive vinosity and complexity. Now–2038
