Drink now–2030 12.5% alc Irvine Wines Spring Hill Riesling 2024 Pale colour, green hue. Classic lemon lime, stone fruit, hint of verbena and white blossom. Plentiful lime, lemon curd with appealing fruit sweetness and linear acidity. An elegant, tactile wine with fine powdery/ chalky texture and mineral finish. Drink now–2032 11.4% alc St Hugo Wines Riesling 2024 Almost clear colour. Fragrant lime, pear, verbena with hints of jasmine and passionfruit. Indelible acidity of pure lime, lemon, faint herbal flavour with a mineral drive on the finish. A pleasantly balanced wine in a refreshing style. Drink now–2031 11% alc Heathvale Estate Rabbit on the Moon Riesling 2023 Pale green colour. Aromatic baked lemon, pine-lime aromas and hint of passionfruit. Attractive fruit sweetness, lemon sherbet, passion fruit, elderflower cordial flavours. A refreshing style with sherbet acidity and appealing phenolic grip on the finish. Drink now–2030 11% alc Jacob’s Creek Our Limited Release Riesling 2023 Pale colour. Classic lemon, lime, green apple, musk, jasmine and a hint of talcum powder.
