Beautifully balanced and flavourful wine with lovely fruit definition and purity. Should develop well with bottle age. A linear, fresh wine with excellent concentration – pure lemon, lime carried by coiled acidity. A wine of poise and lovely freshness bound by appealing phenolic structure. Lovely fruit purity, pure lemon, lime, sherbet, hint of verbena and mineral finish. Appealing mid-weight palate and mouth-watering acidity – a textural wine with very good length. Well balanced with generous fruit richness, lemon curd, tonic water, honeyed toast and marzipan flavours. Silky acidity, expressive and textured with loose-knit powdery texture.
