2010 Leeuwin Estate Art Series Cabernet Sauvignon

Artwork “Light of the Western Plain” by Matthew Johnson

Medium-deep crimson. Attractive blackcurrant, espresso, roasted chestnut aromas with cedar notes. A classic cabernet palate with fresh cassis, roasted coffee, cedar flavours, fine grainy firm tannins, underlying mocha roasted-chestnut notes and fresh long indelible acidity. Finishes claret firm, with persistent developed fruit. A lovely aged Leeuwin Cabernet with plenty of time to go.
