2021 Shaw and Smith M3 Chardonnay

Pale colour. Flinty grapefruit, lemon curd aromas with cashew nut, roasted almond notes. Classically styled with pure grapefruit, bitter lemon flavours, fine loose-knit/ lacy textures, very attractive mid-palate creaminess and underlying grilled nut/hint vanilla complexity. Bittersweetness and fresh persistent crispness lengthen the palate. A cracker at its price point with superb mineral freshness. Drink now–medium term 13% alc 2021 Petaluma Hanlin Hill Riesling G 98 Pale colour. Beautiful pure lemon, lime grapefruit aromas with camomile/jasmine notes. Juicy and expressive with buoyant lemon/lime flavours, a touch of mid- palate vigour, fresh quartz-like acidity and extraordinary mineral length. Superbly balanced wine with exceptional fruit definition, ampleness, and vinosity. A striking Clare Valley Riesling with the balance to enjoy now or cellar for at least a decade. Drink now–2032 2016 Pewsey Vale The Contours Riesling (Museum Reserve) G 98 Pale colour. Classic developed lime, toasty aromas and flavours with hints of oilskin and sage. The palate is superbly balanced and in clockwork condition with attractive fruit complexity, underlying minerally notes, fine lacy textures, very good mid- palate viscosity and fine linear fresh acidity. A touch al dente at the finish. A beautiful example of Eden Valley Riesling, showing the fidelity of vineyard site and masterful

Pale colour. Beautiful pure lime, Granny Smith apple aromas with camomile, herb garden notes. Supple and generous palate with lime, ripe apple, hint nectarine flavours, fine loose-knit chalky, almost powdery textures, very attractive mid- palate richness and fine integrated crisp acidity. A reference vintage showing clarity, generosity and mineral cut. Refreshing, fruity and delicious single vineyard wine.

Should develop very well. Drink now–2034 2021 Tapanappa Tiers Vineyard Chardonnay

Pale colour. Intense fresh grapefruit, lime, tonic water aromas with vanilla nougat notes. Fresh and creamy textured with grapefruit, lime, bitter lemon, stone fruit flavours, fine loose-knit chalky, hint of al dente textures, lovely mid-palate viscosity and bell-clear acidity. A resonating finish, highlighting pure fruits and persistent mineral length. Drinking well now, but best to keep for a while to allow the elements to fold. Drink 2022–2028
