Drink now–2027 Henschke Johanne Ida Selma Blanc de Noir MD G 96 This wine radiates with beautiful pinot noir characters including layers of powerful toasty aged fruits beautifully balanced with youthful citrus, rose petal and raspberry. It is all matched up to praline and almond meal lees complexity on a creamy palate that is underlined by considerable acidity. It’s an experience and quite spectacular. Drink 2022–2028 2019 Apogee Vintage Deluxe Rosé G 95 Pale bronze/salmon pink, it is deeply vinous thanks to a wide array of aromas from summer red fruits, pear and spice, with tremendous power and volume, perfectly matched by warm biscuit complexity. Delightful flavour purity is beautifully offset by subtle, nutty oxidative complexity on a silky palate with acidity and gently tannins providing the perfect backbone to a long, sustained and fine finish. Drink 2022–2030 2014 Arras Méthode Traditionnelle Blanc de Blancs G 95 Pale colour. Intense nectarine, grapefruit aromas with lovely yeasty marzipan notes.
