Sauvignon Blanc 2021 Pale colour. Very fresh tropical fruit, lemon curd aromas with a touch of spearmint. Rich and round with ample lemon glacé, tropical fruit flavours, fine lacy/chalky textures, lovely leesy complexity and fresh long racy acidity. Very good volume and vinosity. Drink now Moss Wood G 94 Semillon 2021 Pale medium colour. Lovely intense tropical fruit, guava, lemon curd aromas. Concentrated tropical fruit, lemon curd, grapefruit flavours, fine slinky textures, lovely mid-palate viscosity and fresh indelible acidity. Finishes crisp with fennel/aniseed notes. Ripe, generous and minerally; the complete alter ego to Hunter Valley Semillon. 2022–2030 Domaine Naturaliste G 93 Sauvage Sauvignon Blanc 2021 Pale colour. Intense musky lemon, grapefruit aromas with camomile notes. Well concentrated lemon glacé, tropical fruits, fine lacy textures, very good mid-palate volume and fresh long acidity. 2022–soon Moss Wood G 93 Ribbon Vale Elsa 2020 Pale colour. Fresh pineapple, stonefruit, honey aromas with herb garden, hint of grassy notes. Attractive minerally wine with fresh tropical fruit, peach, lemon glacé flavours, fine loose-knit chalky textures and fresh long crisp acidity. A touch of aniseed at the finish. Delicious early drinking “classic white” style. 90% sauvignon blanc, 10% semillon. 2022-2025 Rosabrook Wines G 92 Pas Touche’ Unfiltered Sauvignon Blanc 2021 Pale colour. Fragrant camomile, hint ginger aromas with tropical fruit, herbaceous notes. Lively and complex with fresh lemon curd, tropical fruits, fine chalky textures, very good richness and mineral length. Very textural and refreshing. Drink soon Wines of Merritt G 92 Wilyabrup Chenin 2020 Pale colour. Honeydew melon, waxy marzipan aromas. Supple and waxy with ample honey, lemon curd, marzipan flavours, fine lacy textures and saline/mineral acidity. Finishes crisp with bitter lemon notes. 2022– 2026
