Cabernet Sauvignon 2017 Medium-deep crimson. Black olive, dark chocolate, touch soupy tobacco leaf aromas. Inky-textured black olive, dark chocolate, charcuterie flavours, fine gritty textures, some good mid-palate richness and firm tannin finish. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2030 Streicker G 90 Streicker Nysa 2016 Medium-deep crimson. Blood plum, chinotto aromas with earthy notes. Medium-bodied and supple with plentiful red and dark berry fruits, fine lacy textures, lovely viscosity and some earthy, tobacco leaf notes. Not big or substantial; smooth rather than overtly firm. 57.14% cabernet franc, 42.86% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2026 Victory Point Wines G 90 Cabernet Sauvignon 2019 Medium-deep crimson. Blackcurrant, hint truffle/black olive aromas with mocha notes. Sweet dark berry, dark chocolate flavours, fine loose- knit chocolaty tannins and fresh mineral acidity. Sweet and saline notes. Very good density, roundness and length. 98% cabernet sauvignon, 2% malbec. 2022–2028 Windance Estate G 90 Glen Valley Cabernet Sauvignon 2020 Medium-deep crimson. Black olive, bay leaf, cassis aromas with graphite notes. Supple and sweet-fruited with ample dark berry fruits, some herb, sage, cola notes, fine chalky firm tannins and underlying roasted walnut/savoury notes. Medium-powered and loose-knit structure, but well balanced, with integrated fresh acidity. 100% cabernet sauvignon. 2022–2028 Woody Nook Wine G 90 Gallagher’s Choice Cabernet Sauvignon 2016 Medium-deep crimson. Earthy, dark chocolate, dark plum, redcurrant aromas. Supple and sweet-fruited with plentiful dark plum, cassis, dark chocolate flavours, some earthy nuances, fine slinky/dusty tannins and savoury roasted walnut notes. Acidity pokes out at the finish. 100% cabernet sauvignon. Cork. 2022–2028
