Drink now–2032 Teusner Gentleman Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 G 92 Deep crimson. Fresh blackcurrant, cacao, mint aromas. Inky deep wine with plentiful cassis, herbgarden flavours, fine grainy, touch cedary tannins and underlying chinotto notes, Firm finish with leafy nuances. Cabernet to its liquorice bootstraps. Drink now–2032 Gatt Wines Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 G 91 Medium-deep crimson. Raspberry, redcurrant, touch cassis aromas with underlying savoury nuances. Inky textured with raspberry, red liquorice flavours and loose-knit grip tannins. Cedar/ walnutty finish. Drink now–2032 Greenock Creek Cabernet Sauvignon 2023 G 91 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh mulberry, blackcurrant leafy aromas with hints of mocha. Juicy and vibrant with cassis/ mulberry espresso flavours and persistent al dente/ leafy textures. Drink now–2034 Seppeltsfield Barossa Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2023 G 91 Deep colour. Restrained blackcurrant, graphite aromas with herbgarden notes. Sinewy palate with fresh cassis herb dark chocolate flavours, grippy firm tannins and underlying dusty notes. Will gather richness with age, but very tight and unevolved. Drink 2026–2036 Z WINE AUDREY Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 G 91 Deep crimson. Intense black cherry, graphite, touch leafy/ violet aromas and flavours, firm chalky tannins and underlying roasted walnut notes, Firm and minerally at the finish. Drink now–2030 Z WINE FRANZ Cabernet Shiraz 2021 G 90 Medium-deep crimson. Fresh cassis, bush garrigue minty aromas and flavours with some mocha notes. Well concentrated palate with plentiful fine-grained/ chewy tannins. Cedar firm finish. Drink now–2035
