Only deep musky plum, blackberry pastille fruits, and fine slinky textures. Finishes minerally and crisp. Lovely early drinking style. 14.9% alc Drink 2025–2030 Millon Wines Reserve Grenache 2023 G 95 Medium crimson. Raspberry, marzipan, hint wood varnish aromas. Ample raspberry, musky plum fruits, fine loose-knit chalky textures, attractive mid-palate volume and persistent crisp acidity. Finishes long with bittersweet notes. Builds richness and complexity in the glass. Drink now–2030 Mirus Vineyards Mirus Block 16 Bush Vine Grenache 2023 G 95 Medium-deep crimson, Strawberry raspberry aromas with hints of dark chocolate and bush garrigue. Supple strawberry glacé, raspberry pastille fruits, lacy textures and lovely mid-palate viscosity. Some roasted walnut notes at the finish with lifted aniseed notes. Very good cut and definition. Drink now–2030 Sons of Eden Notus Grenache 2023 G 95 Deep crimson. Intense raspberry strawberry liquorice aromas with roasted walnut notes. Generously concentrated wine with abundant strawberry raspberry fruits and fine chocolaty tannins. Some flinty/ graphite/ herbgarden notes at the finish. Very big presence with lovely density and vigour. Drink now–2034 Arila Gardens Moppa Grenache 2023 G 94+ Medium-deep crimson. Violet, musky strawberry red cherry aromas and flavours, slinky textures and attractive mid-palate viscosity. Builds chalky/ graphite/ touch ferruginous firmness towards the finish.
