Deep crimson. Intense black cherry/ kirsch, blackberry, dark chocolate aromas with attractive herb/ chinotto notes. Inky deep and generous with lovely blackberry, black cherry, mulberry fruits, fresh supple chocolaty tannins and well-integrated roasted walnut/ hint marzipan notes. Builds up brambly firm at the finish with seductive bittersweet notes. Buoyant, exuberant and voluminous with an underlying brambly vigour. Drinking well now but should further develop over the medium

Medium-deep crimson, Fresh redcurrant, raspberry, brambly aromas with hints of chocolate. Glossy and primary with ample red and dark berry fruits, sinuous textures and underlying savoury notes. Early drinking style. Drink now–2028+ Peter Lehmann Wines 8 Songs Shiraz 2021 G 95 Medium-deep crimson. Intense dark chocolate, liquorice, dark cherry aromas with espresso notes. Round and velvety with abundant dark berry, dark chocolate flavours, long fresh ripe tannins and underlying roasted coffee notes. Firm gravelly/ hint leafy finish lengthens the palate. Lovely wine. Drink 2030–2042 Schubert Estate The Lone Goose Shiraz Viognier 2021 G 95 Deep crimson. Intense raspberry, blueberry praline/ panforte liquorice aromas and flavours, lovely volume and well-integrated chocolaty tannins. Firm cedary finish with seductive sweet fruit notes. Drink now–2038 Shanahan Wines If Forever Exists Shiraz 2022 G 95 From the famed Marananga sub-region, this has been bottled under Diam. Dark maroon hue, this is powerful and intense with notes of black fruits, mocha, espresso, axle grease, liquorice, coffee beans, cloves and plums, with the plums really shining on the palate. The wine has impressive length and fine, lingering tannins with a sleek and appealing texture. The intensity never wavers. Ideally, leave this for four to five years and then enjoy for the following fifteen. Drink 2030–2045
