Deep crimson. Intense musky plum, dark cherry aromas with lifted floral notes. Smooth and velvety wine with abundant musky dark plummy, dark cherry fruits, grainy textures and integrated roasted walnut, mocha notes. Lovely density and vigour. 14.5% alc Drink now–2030 Kaesler Wines Old Bastard Shiraz 2021 G 95 Medium crimson. Brooding bouquet of black cherry, blackberry with vanillin overtones. Big, plush and rich with glossy tannins, excellent depth of concentration, yet still retaining freshness and vibrancy. Smooth and well balanced with a glossy vanillin finish. Everything in place. Drink now–2041 14.5% alc Kaesler Wines Old Vine Shiraz 2022 G 95 Medium-deep colour. Intense blackberry dark chocolate aromas with vanilla notes. Beautifully concentrated and inky deep with lovely pure blackberry pastille vanilla flavours, fine slinky textures, lovely mid-palate volume and mineral length. Some aniseed notes at the finish. The oak slightly at the fore, but will meld with a few more months of bottle age. Cork. Drink now–2036 14.5% alc Kalleske Wines Eduard Shiraz 2021 G 95 Deep crimson. Lifted blackberry pastille, dark chocolate, roasted almond, hint ginger aromas. Concentrated blackberry pastille, dark chocolate, mocha/marzipan flavours, plentiful loose-knit graphite tannins and a fresh line of aniseed. A muscular firm finish with lovely pure juicy dark berry fruits. Drink now–2036

Medium-deep crimson. Lovely pure blackberry, cassis, dark chocolate aromas with pistachio/vanilla notes. Smooth and velvety wine with attractive choco-berry fruits, plentiful fine loose-knit ripe tannins and well integrated roasted nut, vanilla notes. Chocolaty and long at the finish with a kick of aniseed/liquorice. Very good volume, richness and persistency. 14.5% alc Drink now–2032 Langmeil House of Lindner Shiraz 2019 G 95 Deep crimson. Intense blackberry, espresso aromas with vanilla marzipan notes. Inky deep blackberry, mulberry, roasted coffee, hint panforte flavours, fine sinewy textures and some aniseed notes. Classical Barossa Shiraz with richness, energy and torque. Should develop very well. Drink 2026–2040 14.5% alc
