Nice bright fruit with some energy and tension. Palate broadens out. Artwine Pack Leader Cabernet Franc 2022 Slight green pepper, leafy herbal edge, tomato bush. Nice tannin, red fruited and some nice methoxy push. Millon Wines The Impressionist Tempranillo 2022 Spicy and red fruited, nice lift and a bunchy energy. Nice firm entry, but fine and savory, maybe a touch evolved but nice balance and length. Geddes Wines Seldom Inn Petit Verdot 2021 Opulent, open style, nice violet floral kick then black olive tapenade vibes on the palate. Well constructed with energy and length. Matriarch & Rogue Ken Single Vineyard Primitivo 2023 Light and vibrant red fruits, some spice and lift, nice length of acid to support the fruit Eldredge Vineyards Reserve Malbec 2020 Big brooding style, punch in the face with black fruit (blackberry, forest floor) vanilla and mocha spice. Feels pretty warm but all is balanced Bordeaux Blends Erin Eyes Wines St Pat’s Rock Cabernet Sauvignon Shiraz 2022 Pretty cherries and raspberry couli. Palate has lovely balance and structure. Pretty plummy fruit with a touch of nutmeg spice. Purple Hands Wines Barossa Valley Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2023 Purple hue. The nose is loaded with violets, rose petals, potpurri. Juicy and succulent, vibrancy and energy maintain focus here. Delicious! Eden Hall Stage Door Wine Co Grenache Shiraz Mataro 2023 Clean cut, bright red fruits. Light touch, refreshing high-toned fruit backed up by solid framework and flow.
