Brooding and ferrous/inky on nose. Balanced and classy with some purity of fruit. Black fruits. Palate coating flavours. Good depth and length. Clean and classy. Naked Run Wines BWC Shiraz 2022 Deep ruby - youthful hues. Inviting ripe fruits - raspberry and boysenberry, Iodine/ ferrous characters. Nice balance with good acidity. Fresh fruits on lingering finish. Whistler Wines Shiver Shiraz 2022 Lovely pretty red and blue fruits, purity of fruit, nice length and acid, bunchy spicy lift. Bruno & George Barossa Valley Shiraz 2022 Great colour nice purples, bright concentration of fruit retaining freshness, nice cooling blue purple fruits with supportive oak, clean smooth finish Hare’s Chase Vigilance Shiraz 2021 Nice lift, blackberry and boysenberry. Varietal. Great clarity on the palate, dense and fleshy with a firm but not imposing finsh. Schubert Estate The Hatchling Shiraz 2021 Deep ruby, dark core. Very nice oak and integrated with supporting red and black fruits. Lingering with peppery and licorice spice. Balanced, classy and still generous.
