JENI PORT is one of Australia’s top wine communicators. Based in Melbourne, Jeni created the first wine column in the (then) Sun News-Pictorial before moving over to The Age and becoming that paper’s longest-serving wine writer. Over the years she has written for most Australian wine magazines and these days calls WinePilot home. She is also a Tasting Panel member on the Halliday Wine Companion . She was named Wine Communicator of the Year and Legend of the Melbourne Food and Wine Festival in 2014 and in 2018 Legend of the Vine. She is a founding board member of Australian Women In Wine and is the co-deputy chair of Australia’s Wine List of the Year Awards and China’s Wine List of the Year Awards.
TONY LOVE is best known for his 10 years as News Corp’s National Wine Writer, with weekly columns in major metropolitan mastheads throughout Australia including The Adelaide Advertiser , The Sydney Daily Telegraph and the Melbourne Herald Sun . He continues to write feature articles and columns for all the major Australian wine media publications. Tony has also worked as a restaurant reviewer, section editor, book editor, digital content provider, journalism teacher and was named Wine Communicators of Australia 2018 Legend of the Vine (SA).
ANDREA PRITZKER MW is the founder of Wine inTuition , a wine education and corporate events business in Sydney. A certified WSET educator, she also works as a wine writer, consultant, wine judge and public speaker. She became a Master of Wine in 2015 and Andrea is currently Australia’s Burgundy Wine Ambassador and Ambassador for the VDP in Australia. From 2017-2022 she co- coordinated the MW Education programme in Australasia and is now a member of the governing Council for the Institute of Masters of Wine. Andrea is also co-chair of the IMW Symposium to be held in Adelaide in November 2026. In 2022, she was awarded the prize for Dux at the Len Evans Tutorial.
ANDREW CAILLARD MW is a multi-award winning Master of Wine best known as author of The Australian Ark , winner of the Andre Simon Drinks Award 2024 and a co-founder of Australian wine auction house Langton’s. He was also an associate producer of award- winning feature documentaries Red Obsession and Blind Ambition , and author of numerous books including several reference editions such as Penfold’s The Rewards of Patience (editions III to IX), Imagining Coonawarra – The story of Wynns Coonawarra Estate John Riddoch Cabernet Sauvignon and The Essence of Dreams – The Story of Mornington Peninsula Wine . Andrew has personally won numerous awards including the IWSC Wine Communicator 2025 Trophy and Australian Wine Communicator of the Year in 2024.
