Expressive of the year’s high-toned aromatics with citrus orchard flowers and a note of more exotic floral fragrance, which slip gorgeously into the palate where vibrant lemon/grapefruit-like flavours link with distinct lemon saline powder flavour/ textural senses. Everything flows gently through the mouth with a delicate poise – perfect control. Drink now–2034 Monteperle Reserve Shiraz 2022 G 95 This fine Barossa Shiraz is also from the Lyndoch sub-region and sees a couple of years in new French oak. Under cork.
