Ringbolt Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 This well pitched 2021 Margaret River Cabernet Sauvignon displays crystal clear aromas of blackcurrant and pastilles with a mix of fresh and dried herbs. Dry and compact but with layered tannins, this claret style with savoury gravel complexity has a serious side despite its attractive price, which makes for very impressive value. Drink 2025–2030 Byron & Harold G 91 The Protocol Cabernet Sauvignon 2021 Medium-deep crimson. Cassis, blackcurrant, mulberry aromas with cedar notes. Supple wine with ample cassis, blackcurrant mulberry fruits, some praline notes and fine mineral acidity. Finishes al dente/sappy firm at the finish. Early drinking style. Drink now–2028 14% alc Calneggia Family Vineyards G 90 Rosabrook Wines “Pas Touche” Unfiltered Cabernet Sauvignon 2022 Medium-deep crimson. Cedarwood, blackcurrant aromas with roasted walnut notes. Fresh cassis, cedar flavours, fine loose-knit chalky/ graphite tannins, attractive mid-palate volume and underlying walnut-y notes. Drink now–keep for a while 12.5% alc
