Medium-deep crimson. Medium-deep crimson. Intense cassis, inky aromas with marzipan, roasted almond notes. Generously concentrated and velvety in texture with pure blackcurrant, dark plum fruits and fine grainy/ cedary tannins. Claret finish with some violet notes. Very expressive, sturdy in structure and decent. Drink now–2042 Henschke Tappa Pass Vineyard 2022 G 94+ Medium-deep crimson. Fragrant blackberry, elderberry aromas with cedar, marzipan notes. Full-bodied and expressive with abundant blackberry, black cherry, elderberry fruits, plentiful chocolaty, touch grippy tannins and underlying cedarwood, roasted almond, roasted walnut notes. Grippy/ chewy firm at the finish with bittersweet/ chinotto/ aniseed nuances. Keep for a while to allow the wine to settle. Drink now–2038 John Duval Wines Annexus Shiraz 2023 G 94+ Medium-deep crimson. Vibrant raspberry, dark chocolate liquorice aromas. Smooth raspberry pastille, cassis flavours, lovely mid-palate richness, well-integrated, slinky tannins and underlying roasted walnut touch marzipan notes. Finishes chalky firm

Intense chinotto, raspberry ginger spice aromas. Inky and round in texture with ample raspberry ginger flavours, lovely mid-palate viscosity and plentiful loose-knit slinky tannins. Some leafy garrigue notes and fresh juicy acidity. Drink now–2032 Langmeil Barossa Orphan Bank Shiraz 2022 G 94+ Deep crimson. Intense dark cherry, vanilla, marzipan aromas and flavours, plentful cedary/ touch grippy tannins and underlying quartz acidity. Vigorous at the finish

Deep crimson. Intense blackberry, black cherry aromas with musky chinotto notes. Richly flavoured and fruit sweet with pure blackberry jam, juicy black cherry fruits, plentiful chocolaty textures and underlying mocha/ cedar notes. Bittersweet finish lengthens the wine. Still in parts but should develop well. Drink now–2038
