G 92

Light straw yellow. Bright aromas of hay, gooseberry, green apple, citrus, lemon, lime and peel. Brings plenty of lively acidity to taste built around a solid core of citrus, apple and lemon peel. Fine and taut in structure, finishing on a dusty lemon sherbet note. Medium-term ageing should reveal more. Now–2030 Kies Family Wines Spring Rosé Shiraz 2026 G 92 Mid-crimson. Just-picked cherry fresh with wild strawberry, cranberry, cherry pip and earth. A solid, fruit-first style of rosé that brings a soft textural creaminess and light nuttiness that helps lift the palate in tune with a lively acidity. Now–2029 Murray Street Greenock Estate Marsanne 80%, Roussanne 17%, G 92 Viognier 3% 2024 Pale mid-yellow, cloudy. Marsanne takes the lead and with it comes a delightful aroma of honeysuckle, spring blossom and bright lemon joined by spiced apple. Spring fresh with an easy textural flow across the palate with attractive florals on show against citrus-rich dusty lemon, grapefruit and lightly spiced earthy apple notes. Acidity shines through. Now–2032 Schubert Estate Golden Goose, Late Harvest Viognier 2021 G 92 Medium pale colour. Apricot, white peach, verbena aromas with honeycomb notes. Richly flavoured ripe apricot white peach flavours, supple textures, attractive sweetness and fresh crisp acidity. A touch cloying at the finish, although the acidity cuts through. Now–keep for a while Sven Joschke Wines La Adeline, Barossa Valley Rosé 2025 G 92 Light salmon pink. Bright in cherry, strawberry, raspberry fruits, spice, macaroon confection and super attractive, lifted florals. Wild yeast barrel fermentation lends fine tannins and structure to a palate bright in musk and confection notes with good depth of cherry, strawberry, summery fruits surrounded in peony florals. Approachable, easy drinking. Now– 2028
